I am typing this with my knuckles. It is taking a very long time. Please bear with me.

THE PUMP — FULL DESCRIPTION:

Arms: Both biceps are currently at what I would describe as "maximum fullness." They feel like they have been inflated with warm concrete. When I flex — which I cannot stop doing because, again, my hands are clenched — there is a visible peak that I have never seen before. My wife says they look "concerning." I have chosen to interpret this as a compliment. The veins are visible. Not just the main ones. The small ones. The ones that don't usually show up. They are all here. It looks like a road map of a very muscular city.

Forearms: This is the main issue. The forearms are so pumped that my fingers have locked into a fist position. I have been like this for approximately 45 minutes. I am not concerned.
