hey
so i found this site through a link on some other fitness board and ive been reading it for like an hour and i have a question
is pumping real. like actually real. because ive been going to the gym for a few months and i lift weights and stuff but i dont think ive ever felt what you guys are describing. you guys talk about it like its this whole experience but to me it just feels like. lifting. like i pick the weight up and i put it down and then i go home
i dont see colors. i dont feel spiritual. i dont cry. one of you said you "transcended" during a deadlift and i dont even know what that means
i think maybe pumping isnt real and you guys are all just. i dont know. pretending? or maybe i just dont get it
has anyone else tried pumping and thought it was fake. just wondering. not trying to be rude or anything
